Finance Assistant Manager-Project & CI

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be acting as business partner to Senior CI Manager and his teams, to provide financial support and insight for CI/PPE program; also as business partner to Engineering Leaders and their teams, to take charge of Capex budget planning, tracking, cashflow forecast, variance bridge, as well as giving constructive recommendations to optimize Capex investment based on the data collection and analysis.

In this position, you will be reporting to Finance Controller - Operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Focus on Continuous Improvement projects to support the achievement of financial targets, including pipeline and progress tracking, planning and rolling forecast, mitigation plan, etc.
• Support productivity projects’ cost analysis, providing independent financial insight for cost saving opportunities
• Responsible for Capex budget management, including Capex spent tracking, monthly rolling forecast, variance analysis, and manage actual landings with multiple stakeholders cross plants in all planning cycles
• Support project accounting, provide Capex investment return analysis for management decision making.
• Support on-site assets management
• Help to drive Transformation and Compliance through process & system improvements in support of our business, for example, digitization for efficiency and compliance in CI/Capex areas.

WHAT WE WANT YOU

• University Degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commercial discipline, professional finance qualification (equiv. to CA, CIMA, ACCA) or MBA or Masters is preferred.
• Experience in costing analysis, operational/supply chain business partnering roles preferred
• Experience of working effectively in cross functional teams
• Fluent in English (and Mandarin) both in oral and written
• Familiar with SAP especially FICO module
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Management accounting/cost analysis/investment return analysis skills
• Learning agility and resilience in FMCG fast changing environment
• Good sense in business controlling and compliance
