Channel Marketing Assistant Manager-TT

ABOUT THE JOB

Perfetti Van Melle - one of the world's manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum with global brands that are being enjoyed in more than 150 countries worldwide - is seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic MT channel marketing manager. You will be required to cooperate with cross function team to drive MT sales and WD with MT channel strategy development to optimize MT P&L and will be reporting to Senior channel marketing manager. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• MT channel manager need to develop MT channel strategy planning, Investment guidance, Distribution target setting, Activity planning & communication, sales value hunting and gap filling;
• MT channel manager need interface with sales, regional trade marketing, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of integrated commercial plan;
• Develop MT channel strategy;
• Develop MT execution standard including MSL/Perfect Store/WD target, etc.
• Support on the development of MT investment guidance and improvement of MT P&L;
• Cooperate with KA team to develop category management;
• Support MT team to achieve OB target by channel promotion planning and execution, etc.
• Coach team member to deliver ACNielsen reports and analysis to support business planning.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 8 years trade marketing experiences in FMCG
• Multinational company experiences are a plus
• Nielsen background is a plus
• Strong data process and analysis skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English in Oral and Writing
