ABOUT THE JOB

Strengthen PVM category/brand development and generate incremental sales through national wide trade campaign planning, budgeting, in-store activation implementation and channel customized products.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead category business in terms of sales and distribution growth via trade activity designing, trade promotion planning, budgeting, forecasting and controlling
  • Lead both the development and implementation of annual commercial activity plan that is fully aligned and guarantees strategic, commercial, channel, category and brand objectives are met
  • Work with both sales and regional trade marketing team to ensure the seamless delivery of commercial activity from Marketing to Sales
  • Facilitate the category rolling 3-month sales forecast with both commercial and supply chain to make sure right NPD pipeline, promotional forecasting, customer stocking and volume target delivery
  • Manage the activity implementation process to ensure that all activity is developed and communicated on time in a standard way to the sales team
  • Support CMM (Channel Marketing Manager) the creation & reviews of the Channel Strategy and Sales Driver Investment, monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Analyze promotion data either from internal or external to assess promotional effectiveness

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years relative working experience in FMCG industry commercial team (Sales, KA management, Trade Marketing, brand marketing)
  • Trade knowledge for both Modern Trade, Traditional Trade is must-have, E-commerce & New retail is nice-to-have
